I was delighted to present my photograph of Cois na hAbhna from my Photography Exhibition 'Tradition the Landscape', held as part of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2016 in Ennis, to the Clare Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann Committee. I felt it was only fitting that this piece from the exhibition be presented to them as a token of my appreciation for inviting me to exhibit and to also mark the fantastic work done by the committee before, during and after Fleadh 2016. I think I speak for the people of Ennis, county Clare and beyond when I say that everyone is looking forward to Fleadh 2017 already (13th to the 21st of August). The committee have kindly asked me to exhibit again and I look forward to working on a new theme and photographs for 2017. I'd also like to take this chance to thank AIB Bank in Ennis, Michael, John and all the staff, for hosting the exhibition for the week and I look forward to working with them again in 2017 too.
The photographs from the exhibtion are (finally!) available to view here on my website below and at this link and prints are available to purchase. For Christmas 2016 I'm offering Framed 12x8 photographs for €40 and Framed 16x12 photographs for €55, these come with a white mount & frame (as in the photo above) and these prices exclude delivery. Additional print sizes, finishes and framing are of course available on request, you can get in touch with me here. About | 'Tradition in the Landscape' - Capturing Irish Culture in the County Clare Landscape This photography exhibition brought my passion in landscape photography together with the traditions the Fleadh celebrates - music, dance, song and the Irish language, capturing the impact and celebration of these traditions in our physical landscape.
