Chris & Ashley's Wedding Photography - The Knightsbrook Hotel, Co Meath

I first met Ashley and Chris when we did an engagement shoot at the site of the Battle of the Boyne (see here for more on this day) and I knew then their smiles would make my job easy! Both from Dublin they married in Tallaght church and had their reception in the Knightsbrook hotel in Trim, Co. Meath. The bridal photos had been planned for Trim Castle with Chris making all of the arrangements to do so, not a straightforward task by any means. However, unfortunately Ashley and Chris' day was one of Septembers wettest and despite a few phonecalls between Chris and myself on the spin down from the church, the day wasn't with us and we had to move indoors. Thankfully the Knightsbrook were well prepared for us, having their reception balcony with its amazing chandelier view ready for the bridal/family photos and we had done some of the family photos at the church.
