When I first met Deirdre & Michael I knew this was going to be a fun day. Deirdre had her heart set on getting Bridal party images at Lough Cultra, Gort, Co. Galway and on the final few days before the wedding we managed to get approval. Having lots of family home from far flung locations a bus was organised and the bus came to the shoot with us. This was fantastic as all the family were together for the entire day. We even managed to get Rory, their pet dog through the gates for family shots.

Still catching up on 2015 weddings here on the blog...
Fiona and Noel celebrated their marriage in September 2015 in St Brecan's Church, Doora with post-ceremony drinks in The Shibeen pub, across from the church, and the evening reception at the Inn at Dromoland, a few miles away in Newmarket on Fergus. It was a lovely sunny September day and we shot the bridal party photos in the church grounds and the viewing platform in Dromoland. It was a day of personal, family touches with photos in Fiona's parents prized forest garden and Fiona and Noel using photos from their family and relationship to decorate their reception with vintage decor and flowers by Fiona's mother throughout.

Summer wedding season is not good for blogging so now it's Autumn it's time to catch up! Today's blog shares some images from Alan & Aideen's day in October 2015.
Aideen and Alan were married in a family centric day in Ennis, Co. Clare surrounded by their boys, families and friends. Alan and I hurled together for Newmarket on Fergus so it was great to be out of the hurling gear and involved in the day. This union of Eire Og and Newmarket on Fergus was celebrated greatly in both parishes, with the ceremony in Ennis and reception in Dromoland. For photographs we headed to Ballybeg Woods in Ennis and the Inn at Dromoland viewing platform on a lovely autumnal day.
Church: St. Peter & Paul Cathedral, Ennis, Co. Clare
